Anyone else find that Slaanesh usually wins, with Khorne close behind?

Not so much. Slaanesh has had a hard go of it in all of the games I've played. We usually see Khorne, Tzeentch or the Old World (ie you run out of OW cards) win. Khorne can be bloody hard to stop though.

First game yes.

Second and subsequent games, no, all the powers were competative in our last it was shared between Khorne (clicks) and Tzeentch (VP) with nurgle and slaanesh not far behind.

Very good game a nice way to spend an evening.

In one of the most bizarre sights I've seen this year in gaming, Chaos in the Old World has been nominated for the Diana Jones award... and so has www.boardgamegeek.com.

That's something you don't see every day...

Also up for the award:
KAGEMATSU and MONTSEGUR 1244, both RPGs I've never heard of. :)

Cheers!

It's not a bad game though after playing it two or three times my friends and I found it lacking. Even though the cards are randomly determined it feels very samey. It really needs an expansion. We've pondered the idea that adding the Horned Rat as a fifth player option would be good.
