Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay: Scenario List with xp and rec. Career advancement

Just for fun, I went through and did a summary of the WFRP2 scenarios and made a list of their recommended max xp, and number of careers recommended. [edit: note this is author-recommended listings of xp..some GM's prefer 100 xp per night]

I hope some of you GM's find it useful.

It will probably grow to eventually include convention-style blurb and maybe some other info. Anything you guys would like me to add?

Well, I will have to voice a different opinion.

I do not think WFRP is well served by the notion that a specific adventure should yield this or that number of xp. I have always found the xp advice of official supplements to be fairly useless and never consistent.

It would be a shame if new GMs looked at your list and thought they couldn't simply hand out, say, 100 xp per session no matter what!

WFRP is not a game like D&D or RoleMaster, where xp totals have pseudo-scientific weight and carefully constructed tables and formulas...

In WFRP, simply go with what feels best for you and your group :)
 

I'm just quoting what the /authors/ wrote and nobody's forcing it down anyone's gorge :) I summarized it for general use. I think the listing of XP shows generally how long a particular scenario will probably take to play out and that's how I expect that column to be most effective.

100-200 xp is probably a one nighter.

1200 xp is definately a lot of sessions.
