Warhammer

I've been reading the 'Zavant' and 'Felix and Gotrek' books lately. This got me interested enough in Warhammer that I picked up the Second Edition rulebook when I found it for half price at a local bookstore.

I love the feel of the world and its grittiness; there are definitely a few places that I think the rules could be clearer, though.

Rather than clutter up a mostly d20 board with a non-d20 game, I'm kind of curious about what some good sites are for more information and possibly discussion of the Warhammer Fantasy Game.

Also, are there any good modules out there that really capture the feel of Warhammer?

I've recently started playing in a WHF game and have looked for any good site out there on it. I've found black industries to be the best source on it, there have been a few posts recently (past 4 months) on the game that you might want to try searching for and I'd do a few searches on rpg.net's forum to see if there's anything there about the game.

I like the module Karak Azgal. I ran it for about 3 months last year. I did change the combat rules to make it less bookkeeping for me and more heroic for the PCs.

For a module ... try running some of the ones from BI:s site

There's also a blog or two out there ...:) :D

I'm starting up a new WFRP campaign tonight with some newbies. It will be great fun to watch their reaction as they realize that this isn't anything like D&D. For a start, the party so far consists of a human charcoal burner, human vagabond, and an elf outlaw. So no magic, no one can read, and only one pc has any armor. And he's a wanted man (errr... elf).
