Sorry pbd. I wasn't talking about its use in conjunction with hideous blow but in general it has some usefulness. I don't think it was meant to be the big damaging blast from heck. I think they gave it to them more to keep them from players choosing an attack spell as thier first invocation. Gives them some flexibility. I like the idea of a warlock/rogue being able to throw that touch attack without having to get a weapon ready if he needed to use a ranged attack.
we have a player who is going into warlock soon since his base is rogue I can see how well it works. of course this rouge is tuned for lost of stuff but combat isn't one of them or even sneaking, much more a face man sort of job but this should boost him nicely.
