So...basically one article just salvaged the Warlocks as strikers. They have their backstab feat. They have a brutal curse feat. They have a feat to get prime shot against cursed targets and a feat to make prime shot twice as good. They get a ridiculous epic feat that adds INT damage to all spells against cursed targets, and a feat that buffs damage with every iterative miss.

Basically, they got all the stuff everyone's been saying they should have had from day one. Once they get superior implements, they should more than hold their own amongst single target pure DPR strikers.

For those of us who have always loved the class, this is great news.

Too little, too late. I'm going to be switching (via in-game plot device and quest) my infernal warlock into a dragon sorcerer this week. See ya, warlock.

Glad to hear it, as I have liked them for a long time,

Too bad it will not effect my group at all. We still have strong doubts about the balance of Dragon articles.

And there is the DDI thing.

Yeah, I would've been much happier if this happened some where, anywhere, but Dragon. Why not a book? Errata? I just have a tendecy to avoid Dragon stuff, since I'm not sure about the balance and I know not all DMs allow it. Also, it just makes it easier to create a character without DDI stuff because, honestly, they're a tyranny of choices already for most things.
So, yeah. I wish this had placed someplace other than Dragon.

About friggin' time warlocks have a feat to get d8 curse damage instead of relying on a rod to do it. That one has baffled me since the beginning.

We are in the Epic Tier by now and my build goes too far down its path to start switching stuff now - stuff that I'd have taken if it was available near the start!

I would not be surprised at all if these feats hit print in "Player Essentials: Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdoms".
Since I'm not a DDI user, like the idea of another copy of character creation rules at my table, and think $20 is a pretty sweet price point, it would certainly please me.

Seriously this is stuff that should be in AP2 (Actually it should have been in AP1 or, dare I say it, the PHB).

Don't forget the mention that Tieflings Infernal Warlocks should pay close attention to the upcoming Player Handbook Races: Tieflings book.
