Generally speaking, when an attack includes typed damage, that attack has that type's keyword. So Hell's Chosen would give your Eldritch Blast the Fire keyword, and Sibling of the Stars would give your Eldritch Blast the Radiant keyword.

Note, however, that your Warlock attacks do not gain either of those keywords simply by virtue of your curse damage having the Fire or Radiant type. Curse damage is damage incurred when you deal damage with an attack - it is applied after the attack is made. It is not part of the attack's damage.

For example, if you were a Student of Caiphon - which would let you score a critical hit on a natural roll of 18 or higher with radiant or fear powers - and you attacked with a power that dealt cold damage (and did not have either the Radiant or Fear keywords), you would not be able to score a critical hit with that power on an 18 even if you had the option of applying curse damage that is radiant.

Wow. I had the impression very few people distrusted Dragon. it's pretty much written and vetted by the same guys that publish the books.

I highly suspect this will be in the Dragon Annual. I coulda sworn one of the Warlock articles from last year cam eout in that one. Well, I bet Sealing the Pact and the other article from a few months ago will be in there too. (Yay for Warlocks).
