Yes, a Warlock can carry as many curses during an encounter as they're able to place. The only limitations on this is that once cursed by one warlock, the monster cannot be cursed by another warlock and you can only curse the closest enemy.

And, following on from previous threads, that is "The closest enemy" NOT "The closest enemy that isn't already cursed".

If the nearest enemy to you has already been cursed you can't curse someone else - you have to keep moving to get closer to another enemy if you want to spread your curses around.

PHB p131 said:

You decide whether to apply the extra
damage after making the damage roll. You can deal
this extra damage once per round.
A Warlock’s Curse remains in effect until the end of
the encounter or until the cursed enemy drops to 0 hit
points or fewer.
You can place a Warlock’s Curse on multiple targets
over the course of an encounter; each curse requires
the use of a minor action. You can’t place a Warlock’s
Curse on a creature that is already affected by your or
another character’s Warlock’s Curse.

As stated previously, the nearest foe is not the nearest foe thats not alreay cursed, so you have to move in order to have a different closest foe.

Also twofold curse paragon feat rox0rs.

Don't forget you can only add the curse dmg once per round. that means on a single cursed foe i think, even tho you might be affecting a hundred cursed foe you choose which one suffers for this entire round.

But Pact Boons are unlimited. And with the Double Pact feat from Dragon Magazine (the starlock article), you can even get different benefits.

Huh... looking at the double pact feat again, I see that you get the at-will for it too. Wow. My human warlock will have 4 at-wills. Sweet.

A related question, can you get your pact boon more than once per round? Star pact mentions this explicitly, Infernal pact seems like it should work, and Fey pact says you can teleport as a free action. I heard differently, however, but cannot find it anywhere.

Yes, you can get your pact boon more than once per round.
The thing is, Temporary hit points never stack. So the Infernal warlock simply "refreshes" her temp HP pool, I guess.

The teleporting thing gets nasty. I ran a short campaign with a warlock who could curse a minion, automatically dealing damage via the Rod he was using, which then granted him a teleport - which damaged all nearby creatures as he left the square! Very nasty combo but very much in character. :)

Character was 11th level, by the way.
