Why dip into a SA class when, if you stick with a straight Warlock, your damage increases the same? Unless you are going for concept over min/max of course. But why tack on SA when it has more restrictions than straight EB damage does?

As long as the target is within 30' and denied their dex bonus (flat-footed, unaware of you, you are blinking, etc.), then they are good to go.

Or a construct. Or an elemental. Or an undead. Or a plant creature. Or does not have Uncanny Dodge.

And if your opponent does not fall into one of those additional categories, how do you propose you force them to lose their Dex bons? Flat-footed? That happens only in the beginning of combat, and you better hope you have a good init check. Feint them? Only works if you are threatening the opponent (basically, only works with melee weapons). Blink? How many Warlocks do you know that can cast Blink or have access to Blink? Even if they buy a ring of blinking, what do they do before they attain a high enough level to have access to said ring or spell?

Like I said, seems like an aweful lot of trouble trying to gain extra damage (via sneak attack) on your Eldritch Blast, when it is easier to just go straight Warlock and (a) not lose out on BAB and (b) have your Eldritch Blast scale up with you and (c) gain better Invocations and class abilities while you're at it.

Again, this is from a mix/max damage perspective. If you have a special theme where you envision a Warlock/Rogue, go for it. But I would advise against it if all you are looking to do is find extra ways to increase your EB damage.

It's a pity that Warlocks can't qualify for the Arcane Trickster prestige class.
