warlocs

some of the bigger issues i face is that i can Dim door so to say over and over making walking pointless.

Sorcerers and Wizards can teleport, fly, and plane shift. Walking is already pointless. :)

i can greater dispell and with arcane mastery that makes me have an auto 30

Buffed monsters are rare. Those you do meet, yes, you can make their magic fizzle.

i have a vest of resistance +5 cloak of chr +6 because of this two items and the dark ones luck ability + the feat Force of personality my saves are crazy high and the only thing that i have going for me

Saves are often not bad for a warlock -- a high Dex a high Cha and a highish Con are no-brainers. :)

i have greater invis that is just bout permanit

There's more than one way to sense a threat. And this means that dispelling your magic becomes a good tactic to use for your DM.

so its not that i do alot of damage it more on the lines that i just cant be killed easy

No, you can be killed pretty easily. Something that flies, something with a high touch AC, something that can negate magic, any mobile mosnter that can surprise you by forcing you into melee and then wailing on you....

Now, maybe the DM doesn't want to creatively alter his encounters to you, and while that's not terribly creative, he is the DM, and if you can't convince him to give it a try, go with a Sorcerer. ;) But you're no more unkillable than a monk or a paladin -- you definately don't have a real obvious weakness to exploit, but anyone who cared to compromise your strengths wouldn't have to try too hard.

Besides, at 20th level, there is no such thing as "low magic items". Heck, if I was told that we'd be running "low magic items" I'd play a freaking Incarnum user. they make their Own freaking items. they're the warlock with multiple tricks per round!
