Warmind Nuances: Manifester Level and PP

Okay, so the clear consensus is that no, they're not interchangeable.

Regarding the power points, I think I see what they were thinking, but I also think I disagree. And I think that the PsyWar is getting shortchanged enough by the rules, so I'll assume it's an errata. EDIT: After looking everywhere, I can't find this errata. While these may be the RAW, I don't really think they're very fair...

normlly I'd say you can't use your Warmind powers with your Psiwar Manifester level.

However I'd Allow a Character to do so using the rules for manifesting a power from a anothers repetoir. I.e. Full round action to access the power, 2 psi craft checks then he could manifest the power normaly.
