Waukeen freed from Grazz't - Where?

I'm looking into the Forgotten Realms history at the moment, and I'm curious to know about Waukeen, how she was captured by Grazz't, and how she was freed. Is there a supplement (maybe an adventure? ) where I can read about it?

"For duty or deity." You can find in in the classic realm download on wizards of the coasts site. To lazy to provide a link. It is a forgotten realm adventure for 10th level characters I believe.

As for her escape, it's available as a free download from wizard's website .

Although, honestly which one is beyond me at the moment.

If I had guess, For Duty and Diety.
