They had an clear evocative presence that I believe will lend itself to medium in which it shall be created...you see....I'm even confused now.</p><p></p><p>So here ya go:</p><p></p><p>Ok, first off there were way too many good ones in</p><p>there and everyone should give themselves a big round</p><p>of applause for putting up some great characters. I</p><p>could tell a lot of love was put into them.</p><p></p><p>The only way I could go at this task was to break my</p><p>selections into catagories and thus build a list of</p><p>potential winners.</p><p></p><p>Thus here are my picks:</p><p></p><p>BEST NAME THATS ALMOST MY CATS NAME:</p><p>Ta’Vanka – Battle Maiden of Nol Dappa by MrFilfyIke</p><p>Now you might be thinking Ta'Vanka isn't the best name</p><p>you've ever heard BUT MrFilfyIke IS! Take into</p><p>consideration that this little lovely has some very</p><p>nice visuals, Otyough Tooth Necklace and Shrunken</p><p>Heads you can see how this might be a really nice</p><p>piece to illustrate. Also take into consideration my</p><p>cats name is Filfy Kitty and thus we have our first</p><p>pick!</p><p></p><p>I didnt say any of this was going to make sense. It</p><p>only makes real sense to me and if my logic makes any</p><p>sense to you, seek immediate help.</p><p></p><p>MOST DETAILED:</p><p>Krellick Chergoba by Rawwedge</p><p>This is a fur lined over detailed character</p><p>description to put in the book "Really Detailed</p><p>Descriptions of Characters Utilizing Fur and Fur Based</p><p>Accesories." I figured some artists really enjoy</p><p>detailed descriptions so this one had to make the</p><p>list. I also thought this had a very WAResque Action</p><p>scene, I could almost picture the rendered drawing.</p><p></p><p>BEST SPELL:</p><p>Wikanby by Whizbang Dustyboots</p><p>My character Efrim would be envious of this little</p><p>Kobold and his spell Wikanby's Dragon Bolt. Efrim</p><p>wouldve added "... of DOOM!" but to each his own<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" /> I</p><p>also liked the fact he was non-human and reminded me a</p><p>bit of the Kobold bard from NWN.</p><p></p><p>BEST WRITTEN:</p><p>Jaran Enverness by Eosin the Red</p><p>I really liked the writting overall on this one, even</p><p>though the mention of angels and teets scared me at</p><p>first. It was well written and presented nicely. I am</p><p>still not sure of his Shining Moment, would the</p><p>picture be of him kicking butt or of him alseep? Im</p><p>hoping for the butt kicking version myself. </p><p></p><p>WEIRDEST ACTION SCENE:</p><p>Lyrael by Zappo</p><p>Overall this is a strong entry, and organised neatly.</p><p>Everything was nice but the Action scene made me</p><p>laugh. Its one of those ridiculous D&D scenes that</p><p>happens probably far too often. The PC is totally</p><p>hulked-out doing massive collatoral damage just trying</p><p>to stay alive! Just all the spell effects going at once </p><p>is enough to get this one into the running.</p><p></p><p>OOPS I ROLLED A 20:</p><p>Berandor Marikulis by Berandor</p><p>I got a soft spot for using the name of yer fav</p><p>Character and THUS Berandor makes the list! Thusly</p><p>indeed, plus the fact that his Action Scene moment is</p><p>SO the type of gaming that seems to happen to me. The</p><p>last place you want a 20 and BANG! it happens. Thus I</p><p>thus that in thusitude thusly Berandor makes it on the list</p><p>with a very nice overall entry and a "man Ive killed</p><p>my shape-shifted gold dragon mentor more times than</p><p>I'd like to admit" moments.</p><p></p><p>OK, so there you have it. Out of my brain straight onto your computer screen! and with out all the mess normally associated with such a procedure. Chan-wuk Park, Old Boy and Symapthy for Mr Vengence, and I hear he may be up to do the Evil Dead remake.
