Ways to prevent/bypass AoOs from movement

I am looking for a list of ways to prevent or bypass AoOs that are provoked from Movement. Think outside the box. A few examples of what I am looking for:

Invisibility
Etherealness
Incorprealness
Spring Attack (sort of)
Dimension Door from point A to point B (which would normally provoke an AoO had you travelled that distance by "normal" means)

What are some others? And feats, spells, or class abilities?

Improved Bull Rush him, which will allow your movement (assuming sufficient success) and move him.

Use cover, if available, or create cover if not. You could use some spells (one of the hands or perhaps create a wall of some sort), or perhaps a mount or even a tower shield.

Make your opponent flat-footed via grease (though an argument exists of whether you need to force your opponent to move).

Wall of Force/Fire/Iron/Stone in a line to the left or right of the creature, then run on the other side of the wall.

Fire as you can't see though the WoF so no Aoo's through it.

Tumble.
Hide.
Use a tower shield.

Hamper your opponent. Confusion, blindness and stunning almost always prevent AoOs. Other conditions might (like nausea), but I'm not positive which ones.

Spell Compendium has a spell called knight's move which IIRC works like a lower-level dimension door, with the restriction that you must wind up flanking an enemy.

If you could arrange for the enemy to fail a save, command would work-- but then, so would disintegrate. :)

For severe overkill, look into time stop and wish.
