Considering that they haven't finalized the last of the rules ( Monster Manual and Dungeon Master's Guide errata is not yet out ) it may just be a matter of time.

Most people on these forums are decent in English and as such their signatures don't really mean much, because they won't be buying the Japanese version, even if translated. Best look for fan translations, even though illegal, there are many.
