Weapon of Spell Storing - What spells?

Ray of enfeeblement--good strength penalty.

Actually, Ray of Enfeeblement is an Effect: Ray spell, not a Targeted spell, and thus can't be cast into a Spell Storing weapon. Trust me, I've tried that- I originally planned for my Cleric of Wee Jas's cohort (a human Fighter/Master of Chains wielding a Spiked Chain with all sorts of Strength-boosting stuff) to wield a Spiked Chain with Ray of Enfeeblement in it, so he could hit them and then trip them with his second attack (and thus trip them with a reduced strength score), but alas, only Targeted spells.

Can you use the feats out of the Complete Arcane (sudden empower sudden maximize) to store a fireball in a ring of minor spell storing?

No, just as you can't make a Wand of Sudden Maximized Fireball.

Ach! Until I read this thread I though you could toss any of the "roll to hit" type spells in there: Rays of Enfeeblement, Acid Arrows, etc. Wanted to make a Bladesinger/Spellsword who used one of these.

A spell storing weapon allows a spellcaster to store a single targeted spell of up to 3rd level in the weapon. (The spell must have a casting time of 1 standard action.)

Only spells with the "target:" entry can be used, and since the spell has to have a casting time of 1 standard action, only wizards (or other prepared casters, or spontaneous casters with Arcane Preparation or using Sudden Metamagic feats or anything similar) could store metamagic spells inside.
