Well, I have downloaded the trial version of DreamweaverMX, and after playing with it a while, I do like what it is capable of. I am planing to get the Dreamweaver MX studio at some point in the next couple of weeks.
Right now I have built a few pages for a site, and I am now geting ready to start trying to make a dynamic section of the site for the next time that I run a game, so that the players can have a private place to hold in game knowledge and secrets, etc.

I'm going to pipe in that you might not want to go through that kind of headache. There are MANY Content Management Systems out there that automate the process for you. This website has trials of different CMS for you to play with. I really like Envolution as it has a Rich Text Editor for HTML and let's your non-techie people do cool things. You do need PHP and a database(preferrably MySQL) but if you are doing dynamic content anyway you probably have this.
