Very nice-looking. I like the landscape format, and I'll probably use it myself next week!

A couple of minor suggestions:

Under MOVE, write "base - armor" instead of "base + armor".

Instead of ATTACKS, write BASIC ATTACKS.

It would be nice if there were room for a portrait at least, maybe in the middle next to the stats. I don't know if there's anything that could be cut, though.

There is no place to put special movement or vision in the respective places.
