Weird AU Printing

It must be cool ... imagine sitting somewhere in public and reading AU ... a book with a strange title, probably strange cover and you're holding it upside down ... if that doesn't suffice to make people think you to be completely crazy ... I'd love it ;)

Jist cause you're pent up about your clothing issues is no reason to get mean.:p

He is of curse referring to the "Be Monte for a Day" contest. If you get the AU with the backwards cover you win a day at Monte and Sue's apartment. You can play with Monte's Lego Star Destroyer as if it were your own. You can type on his computer and you get to autograph his gamebooks. It's a pretty cool deal. You get to eat breakfast with him and everything. I'd email quickly before the expiration date on the contest. Oh, and one more thing, you also get to put your very own line of sight column on his website. Congratulations!

You realize this also means that the winner has to wash his dishes, take out his garbage, buy his groceries for the week, bath his pets, wash his cars, and mow his lawn.

as a printer I can honestly say that this is one of the most common publishing errors. . . well that and doubling up the signatures (dropping in the sme pages where others go). ok that and having half the pages upside down . . . as you can see it's like any other job. you don't want a monday car out of Detroit either!

besides as I recall it was MEG Hal himself that started the whole "pants" issue

I thought is was MEG Hal who started the now forgotten naked pictures issue. I'm not sure where the no pants thing originated, or if is just an outgrowth of the naked pictures. I finally met Hal in person at Gen Con. Regardless, let me be the first to say that I have not seen the naked pictures, nor do I have any desire to. In fact, I'm pretty sure the whole notion has caused me more than one post-Gen Con nightmare.
