Weird VPN issues

Who is your ISP? There are a couple scenarios. The one I posted is the one I could recreate. Were you able to use safari to get in?

My ISP is Telenor, which is one of the larger Swedish ISPs. I do not have Safari on my computer, and I didn't consider using it the one on my iPad. And right now it's working, so it's hard to troubleshoot.
