Werefox conversion

Has anyone got a decent werefox conversion? I think the old conversion library had one, but it's closed now. Can someone please help me?

There is a write-up of it in Ravenloft Gazeteer 1. I think someone posted a conversion in the Creature Catalog homebrew forum a while ago, so you might want to take a peek there. You might have to look through a few pages though.
