WFRP 1e: What's the best stuff?

Recently I've had an itch to re-acquire at least the main rulebook for WFRP 1e. I sold my copy decades ago.

Amazon seems to have "like new" copies of the Hogshead edition for pretty cheap. I've heard that edition is "revised"; is that the best one to buy, or should I seek out one of the original GW editions?

Also, assuming my interest does not wane, what are the best supplements produced for WFRP 1e? Which ones would you consider essential?

Two books from Hogshead reprinted a large majority of the best WFRP pieces from Games Workshop. Apocrypha Now and Apocrypha 2: Chart of Darkness are must haves, imo, for anyone getting into v1 WFRP. They have short adventures (including one of the best - Rough Night at the Three Feathers - that thing is amazing), additional combat rules, npcs, magic items, new careers - tons of stuff. They reprint stuff from GW books like Restless Dead, Warhammer Companion, Death's Dark Shadow and others.
