Whamageddon (Last) Christmas

I think if you've ever worked in an environment where Christmas music plays on loop for your entire shift, every shift, every week for well over a month, you're allowed to not like Christmas music anymore. Spoken from experience

No amount of customer service hell will ever take away my love of Carol of the Bells, though. Especially the rock cover.
Yeap, I had this also with "classic Rock". Now that im no longer in such an environment I can enjoy them in the small doses I get.

The worst ever Christmas song, is the dog barking Jingle Bells.

______________
Ginny Di's Carol of the Spells is fun and a tour de force. Lots of editing to get it right.

The worst Christmas song is actually multiple Christmas songs, which is every Christmas song that is clearly an adult trying to sing like they are a child

Staying alive is actually part of the lesser known challenge Beegeegeddon, where you try to go the entire rest of your life never hearing disco again.
Gotta stay away from "Oldies" radio stations then. When I lost my favorite local radio station to a new format, I retreated to the local Oldies station and I've heard more Bee Gees over the last decade than I did between about 1980 and 2010. But then that station's definition of Oldies is now "Classic Hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s".

A few years ago I was listening to a "Classic Rock" station and American Idiot started playing and this was me:

There's been some 90's grunge and rock making it's way into the classic rock stations for the last decade or so. I thought it was kind of weird the first time I heard the radio go from Van Halen to Nirvana.
