Lost City of Barakus
Wizards Amulet/Crucible of Freya

Ones I've run and enjoyed:
Evil Unearthed from the Dungeon

Ones I've read and intend to run
The Grey Citadel
Morrick Mansion

I think it's hard to say which out of the 3e adventures will 'stand the test of time' as even the oldest have only got 5 years of use (Sunless Citadel and Wizards Amulet/Crucible of Freya again) unlike some of the stuff from the 80's

Quesqueton: you think these are all great adventures?

I have not played any of these adventures, though I do own the whole D&D3 adventure path series. I have read each of the adventures, and I have read stories from people who have played the adventures.

I think HoNS, SiD, and LotIF are as good as SC, FofF, tSS, and BoBS. If those 4 are listed, I think the other 3 of the series rate inclusion too. Many people have said tSS and BoBS are bad, yet they made the opening list. Surely HoNS, SiD, and LotIF are as good or better (maybe not SiD, .
