Flametongue
Frostbrand
Figurines of Wondrous Power
Ioun Stones

Add Wand of Wonder, Bag of Beans, Deck of Many Things, Deck of Illusions, Portable Hole, Nolzur's Marvelous Pigments, Mist Tent , Ever Bountiful Soup Kettle, Cloak of the Bat and Baba Yaga's Hut (if that counts) and most of mine are covered.

My great lament about 3.x is that I never did get to play a character who had an Immovable Rod. Man, I'd have used the heck out of that thing!

Wait...did that come out wrong?

What any man or woman does on the privacy of their own gaming table is no concern of mine. :D

For some reason I've always been fond of the Xiphoid Xebec (Marvelous Magic for BECMI). It's a +1 sword that, when dipped in water, becomes a boat.

Also, from 2nd edition the Arrow of Sleighing. It Identifies as an Arrow of Slaying but when fired transforms into a sleigh.

I don't know why..I guess because those two were so darned *odd.*

Gauntlets of Ogre Power
Staff of Striking
Bracers of AC <fairly low>
Frost Brand
Ring of Elemental Command
Portable Hole
Girdle of Femininity/Masculinity (always worth a chuckle)
Cloak of Displacement
Amulet of Proof against Detection and Location
Nolzur's Pigments

I see that the Staff of the Magi is a favorite of a lot of people. Why is that? Is it because it was different in earlier editions, or simply because no one actually gets a Staff of the Magi in 3rd/4th edition?

My all time favorite D&D magic item is the Quiver of Ehlonna- if one is found in game, I want it. Regardless of my PC's class, I can find a use for it.

Next would be the Ring of Shooting Stars.

I've also gotten a big kick out of Figurines of Wonderous Power, Ioun Stones, despite rarely getting my hands on one.
