One worry now is that the Indian government has started to change how patents will be enforced there meaning cheap anti-retrovirals will become rare with increased HIV and related TB infection rising. Story here

Snicker behind the backs of people who are worried about things like bird flu and mad cow disease, when there are plenty of good old-fashioned nasties like Tuberculosis and Malaria and plain old Influenza still out about killing hundreds of thousands of people every year.
