No, I haven't decided. My birthday is in January, so my wife said we could do a combination Christmas/Birthday gift and get whatever guitar I want. Right now I have:Aus_Snow said:That's pretty cool. What make and model, do you know?
What are you getiing your Game Master for the Holidays?
Ah. Well who doesn't, eh? I wouldn't mind one myself, actually.Philotomy Jurament said:I've always wanted a Les Paul, so I'm going to look at some Les Paul Standards.
Nice. I don't know much about Gretsch (other than from checking out their website just now), but yeah, one of the guitarists I used to gig with was pretty keen on Gibsons.I also want to look at some hollow-body electrics, which would be really good for jazz or western swing. Gretsch makes some nice ones. So does Gibson. I'd also like to have a really nice acoustic with built-in electronics (my Yairi lacks electronics, and I don't want to drill any holes in it). So I'll probably also look at some Taylors or Martins.
Right now I'm leaning towards a Gibson or Gretsch hollow-body electric, though.
