I disagree, I don't really see how you can have more advantage or disadvantage, it makes more sense to me to limit it at one die. I suppose you could easily house rule.yes and no. advantage/disadvantage should stack, at least to 3 dice(4 with Elven accuracy).
Actually, ranged attacks have disadvantage against a prone creaturenow we have barbarians dropping prone at the end of the turn to avoid giving advantage to ranged attacks vs them.
That's his point.Actually, ranged attacks have disadvantage against a prone creature
OK I see now, I read it literally as if they were saying that ranged attacks grant advantage in the mechanical sense. That's his point.
Barbarian's reckless attack giving a penalty.
Fall prone every turn just to protect from ranged attacks, and does not give extra penalty from melee.

I'm working on a project I'll be publishing them in, but if you want I can transfer them to a google doc and post them. I did two versions; one that was just new masteries, and one that was a rehaul of the weapons system entirely. I think it's like 55(gotta count) weapons, no two the same, and each IMO feeling like using THAT weapon and not just random fluff on top of a damage die. These sound interesting. Are they posted online anywhere?
I'd love to see it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. But only whatever you feel comfortable sharing at this point, of course.I'm working on a project I'll be publishing them in, but if you want I can transfer them to a google doc and post them.
Ok so, I am working on a setting guide right now for my published 5E setting but for 5R. I've limited the weapons in this document to what will be in that setting. I've been playtesting these for a while, but it's a lot of masteries and weapon properties and weapon materials so I expect some stuff to be rough...but tbh I like a little bit of jank in mechanics so maybe it's just my tastes too.I'd love to see it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Please do and let me know how it plays!@Shardstone , that all looks great! Thanks for posting it. I see a bunch of stuff that I'm tempted to try out in my own games.
