What are your D&D plans for 2014?

Continuing with a longstanding 4th ed campaign, then looks like we are going to try Burning Wheel. I would like to try DDN but looks too retro for my group's taste.

We are going to continue the current Pathfinder campaign/experiment which is going strong.
I want to run a campaign of LotFP or S&W sometime this year, too.

Finally, buying and running 5e when it comes out will almost certainly going to happen.

Still running my 2E AQ campaign set in the larger world of Midgard. We may convert to 5E when it comes out, but that depends on how easy it is to cut unwanted elements (search, spot, fiddly combat abilities) out of the game.

My group's plans are still very up in the air.
We're currently running 2E, but the nostalgia is wearing off.
We will never go back to 4E.
Some would like to switch to Pathfinder, but money and time are an issue.
I wouldn't mind a 3.5 E6 campaign. But we have one player who is utterly against anything 3.5.
And we have a player who wants to play DCC, but that doesn't really intrigue me.

So I expect our group to change a lot in the next year.

2014 Plans:

I'll continue with most of my existing Pathfinder campaigns. I plan end my adults campaign and "pick-up" Pathfinder campaigns and launch new ones set in Midgard rather than Golarion. If any of the existing, frequent-play campaigns end, a new one will be relaunched in Midgard.

Launch a Savage Worlds sci-fi campaign and work it into the rotation with one of the Pathfinder campaigns.

D&D 2014 Plans:
Look at/flip-through the 5e/Next books at the Barnes & Nobles. No plans to purchase or play it.

Been playing some OD&D/Chainmail sessions when they pop up.
same with CoC and Traveler - CoC tomorrow actually

been running a 1E game fairly regularly

5E I have many arguments with, but if it brings more players together I would play it, or run it , houseruled and w/o minis

Right now we're in a d20 Star Wars game. After that, we're talking about playing an Orient Express kickstarter for Cthulhu. After that, it's more likely we'll return to D&D, but it'll be 3.5, as all our D&D games with this group have been, I'd bet.

Although we only just started talking about the next campaign, so speculating on what we'll all settle on for the next one after that is pretty sketchy.

So, it looks like, based on games being offered, I'll be playing less Pathfinder and more Witch Hunter (with a splash of Next) at Winter Fantasy.
