What book is this cover from?

I don't know what cover it was on, but it was one of several excellent pieces inside the 4th edition (I think) Call of Cthulhu rule book.

It was on a cover of White Dwarf magazine once.

I'd have to dig amongst musty tomes to try and find it.

Yup, it appears in the 4th Edition Call of Cthulhu rulebook.

It's entitled "The Ghoul", Copyright 1989 Les Edwards.

I also want to say it appeared as the cover to a CoC book, one by Games Workshop, but I'm not sure. (Apparently not, at least not a GW one.)

I think it was also a cover for a Judge's Guild product but drawing a blank, know I have seen it.
