What books do you use EVERY session?

Only the srd every time. We regularly game by e-mail.

We have the relevant 3rd party spells and prestige classes our characters use copied to our yahoo group files section for easy reference, including complete full text spellbooks for both of the wizards in the party.

Stuff for our characters include Hammer and Helm, Complete Book of Eldritch Might, Quintessential Wizard, Unearthed Arcana, D20 Modern SRD, house created stuff, Magic of Faerun, Forgotten Realms Campaign setting, Complete Divine, Oriental Adventures, Traps and Treachery, and Masters of the Wild.

So only the DM has a need to pull out any desired monster book and the adventure for when we game.

When I DM:
- The 3.5 Core Books
- Unearthed Arcana
- My little book of house rules

This will most likely change as one of my players is going into the Elemental Savant PrC later on.

When my buddy DM's
- The 3.5 Core Books
- Draconomicon (I use it for spells)

Core Books (though sometimes I use NPC or other monster books and don't touch the MM), XPH, and Portals and Planes are getting used pretty much every session.

PHB, DMG, MM, Manual of the Planes for paraelementals

Pretty typical. MMII every now and again. Call of Cthulu d20 every now and again.

If we mean *every* time then probably only the PHB. Though really I tend to use the SRD I keep on my laptop for easy reference during the game.
