What books should I buy?

Here are my suggestions.

If you like Arcana Unearthed from Monte Cook, upgrade to Arcana Evolved and also get Transcendence and/or Arcana Evolved Spell Treasury

If you plan to run more games in the future, get Tome of Horror, Revised, Tome of Horror II, and Tome of Horror III. I don't think you will regret any of those.

Draconomicon is not only a good book, but it is a visually wonderful book too.

That would more than cover your $75, but I think you would be happy with any of those.

Looks like Draconomicon and Heros of Horror are two very popular books. Draconomicon already interested me because I like sorceror's and had heard they get some interesting stuff from that book, and Heros of Horror has an archivist class that sounded interesting to me (and there are a lot of undead in my own campaign, which is one reason I bought Libris Mortis). Hmm. Great feedback guys, thank you so much.

I think I can afford one more book beyond that. I'll probably decide between:
Expanded Psionics Handbook (I have always wanted to at least read the psionics stuff),
Manual of the Planes (my campaign has gates to many places),
Frostburn (my campaign has gates to many places, and a Frost Mage sounds interesting),
Sandstorm (my campaign has gates to many places, and fire-boosting feats interest me),
Fiend Folio (general good addition to the collection of monsters).

I like psionics so the EPH, Complete Psionic (which admittedly I have yet to get myself), and Hyperconsciousness would be on my list.

I also really liked Manuel of Las Planes and Eberron.
