What Books Would be Better as PDFs

There are some books that I would find more useful as PDFs, largely because I do not use the entire book, or only need a portion while at the table.

WotC's Unearthed Arcana is a great book, but I do not use more than a quarter of it.

Ultimate Game Designer's Guide by Mongoose - much the same.

Strongholds & Dynasties, also by Mongoose, sometimes I use the whole book, but usually I just need the mass combat rules.

What books do other people feel would be better served in PDF format?

Tome of Horrors and Tome of Horrors II. Luckily, both are now in PDF. I just haven't bought the PDFs yet.

Completely agree with Unearthed Arcana.

Actually, thinking about it there are a lot of books I'd like in PDF that are already in PDF. I need to get busy shopping. :)

The Comple Books and The Races of books. I don't use much of any of them at once and I'd perfer them all as PDF so I can just print out a section of a class or race or feat to hand to the players so they don't have to carry around so many books.

I agree with modules, they seem to work well in PDF format for me. I am with Mercule though, I just like the feel of books. If anything maybe the question should be which PDFs should be books! :)

Adventures of all sorts. Much more comfortable to use as seperate sheets and to copy-paste as needed.

Any "collection" book (monsters, variant rules, PrCs, feats, planes, whatever) has advantages as a pdf (so you wouldn't lug around all of it for just a few paragraphs), but tbhe lack of that dead-wood feel is a hinderance.... I suppose I want both.

Books of organized optional rules. I don't get much use out of most books, but it's often a feat from pg. 32, a spell from pg. 63, and a magic item from pg. 75. If it was more like, the race on pgs. 3-7, then we're talking.

Hmmm, the mention of the Complete series reminds me - the Quintessential Series from Mongoose would work too, being able to print parts separately would be nice.

For that matter the terrain series by WotC - the character sections for the players, the critters and terrain effects for me. Being able to produce redundant copies would be nice. Though I can't bring myself to pay full print price for a PDF...
