D&D 5E What classes getting used at your table?

Just curious, what classes have you seen played at your table with the intent of it being a regular campaign ( rather than a one shot or play test) .... Not counting any pregens, wondering what was purely player driven creation.

I've been seeing certain trends in the groups I play with and was wondering what the broader picture ( albeit small enworld sampling) might be.

2 parties.

1st party

Battlemaster fighter
Hunter ranger
Diviner wizard
Lore Bard
Tempest cleric
War cleric

Party 2
Champion fighter
Moon Druid
Light cleric
Thief
Transmuter wizard

Healing cleric, moon druid, champion fighter, oath of vengeance paladin.

But these were characters converted from a Pathfinder-with-4E-houserules campaign, not built with 5E options in mind.

I'll include races and backgrounds as well, as they might offer additional insight.
A Way of the Four Elements Monk (wood elf, acolyte)
A Circle of the Land Druid (tiefling, outlander)
A Fiendish Warlock (red dragonborn, pirate)

Interestingly, these are players who in the past choose classes they thought were mechanically superior, but this time around they all picked classes based on what sounded cool, which I frankly love.

In my play-by-posts here on EN World we have...

Everything D&D Ever

Human Folk Hero Paladin (likely going to choose Oath of Vengeance)
Forest Gnome Sailor Fighter (no idea what martial archetype yet)
Human Entertainer Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline)
Half-Elf Acolyte Cleric (Knowledge Domain)
Half-Elf Drifter (homebrew background) Bard (no idea what college yet)
Human Urchin Monk (likely going to choose Way of Shadow)
Tiefling Sage Wizard (no idea what arcane tradition yet)

The Fifth City

Dragonborn Hermit Cleric (Knowledge Domain)
Human Sailor Barbarian (no idea what primal path yet)
Human (no background) Rogue (no idea what roguish archetype yet)
Human Corps of Magi (homebrew background) Wizard (no idea what arcane tradition yet)
Wood Elf Acolyte Fighter (planning on multiclassing in Rogue and Ranger)
Human Noble Sorcerer (Wild Mage)

We also had a human bard in the Fifth City group but that player recently dropped out.
