What do you dislike/hate in Dragonlance?

This is any different from the Forgotten Realms how? The Realms are *teeming* with stuff that's been done by the book heroes, or by the game creator's pet NPCs cough El*cough*minster*cough*), the whole world is shaken up every few decades, and yet it's a fantastically sucessful campaign setting.

The short answer is that there is still room for competing storylines.

The slightly longer answer is that, in the midst of much dross (and, IMO, that means the overwhelming majority of the novels), there have been some simply outstanding FR supplements (eg, the F&A series: the death knell of the "generic cleric").
