We wrap up around midnight on Saturday's, so usually everyone heads home and calls it a night. I have a couple of players who would game until 6am if they could, and one who is perpetually tired and ready to call it a night by 10pm. So midnight is sort of our compromise time.
We also do a big dinner before gaming: I usually grill or (if the weather sucks) we'll order pizza.
