What do you do with the bodies of your fallen enemies?

My current character, a gnome assassin, likes to use the dead bodies as playthings to amuse himself and others.

He was raised in a graveyard, so he has no real aversion to the dead bodies. They're just like a pile of sticks or a stone to skip. Something to get some amusement out of. Juggling skulls and such.

We're usually in something of a hurry, and don't have time to dawdle over the remains of foes vanquished.

Of course, even when we do, we tend to leave them for others to clean up.

One of my more Druids, playing the Isle of Dread, used to butcher the killed dinosaurs and eat their hearts for strength. (He'd customarily do this while taking the last watch overnight so the other PCs would wake up to roasting dinosaur meat for breakfast).

My groups use to let them rot... my wife, well, she used to dismembrate and burn every single enemy she found (after fighting a troll).

usually just left them to rot. But in one memorable session, our group of (1st level 2E) characters stomped a group of goblins on one side of a huge chasm, only to be shot at by another group of goblin archers on the other side of the chasm. We shot all our missiles, used up all the appropriate spells, but there were still some left. So we threw our daggers, shields, and helmets at them, but didn't get them all. So we took the dead goblin's spears, shields, and helmets and chucked them at the goblins, and took out all but one (1st level THACOs suck). As we stood there in frustration, I came up with the ghoulish but brilliant idea of hacking off the goblins' heads and chucking them at that last stinking goblin. I think at this point, the DM just gave up and said "Okay, you hit it... he's dead". Of course, then we had to figure out a way to get across the chasm and retrieve all of our gear that we'd tossed over...
