Jeans with an armour lining. (Kevlar for riding, useless against blades ;-/ )
Socks
T-shirt
Leatherman
Lighter
Cellphone w camera (I stole your soul, see?)
Pocket change
Small but bright flashlight
a .380 pistol w 7 rounds of ammo.
Wallet with a few bills and IDs (Including my concealed carry permit.)

Hmm.. Except for the lack of footwear I'd be set! C'mon portal!

And hopefully one of those 7 guys I can shoot will have a weapon for me to steal...

A number of people have mentioned the weapons they happen to have on them. I'm 6'3, weigh 341 pounds (as of my last weighing), and I have a rotten temper. Even better, I look dangerous.
