What do you think about a repository for Customer Service answers?

Many of us are sending questions to CS about the new rules. Sometimes those answers get posted in threads that are quickly buried, other times they are not posted at all.

I was thinking that perhaps it might be useful to have some kind of repository (a thread or a document) in which to store the answers.

Opinions?

Make sure to list the customer service person's name. It is a good way to figure out which CSR we should keep listening to.
