What do you think of altering the human racial ability score bonus?

In my campaign, I do the following:

1) Humans get +2 to two ability scores.

2) Other races get +2 to all three of their ability scores.

3) Average the highest ability score with the highest of each NAD group (i.e. Str or Con, Dex or Int, Wis or Cha) to determine NAD scores. For example, 18 Str, 10 Dex, and 8 Int would get a Fort mod of +4 and a Reflex mod of +2 (average of 18 and 10 is 14). This increases the starting lowest NAD by 1 to 3 for each PC (1 of these is due to many races now getting a boost to all three NADs based on their ability +2s) and by 30th level, increases the lowest NAD by 4 more.

4) Disallow Expertise feats and the +4 uber NAD boost feats.

5) Add +1 to Light Armor, to hit, and NADS by 1 at levels 5, 15, and 25.

This resolves all of the math problems (including hitting the lowest NAD 95% of the time at high levels and the feat taxes for to hit and NADs), allows humans to have starting 18 in two stats like other races, and allows for great options like good melee/ranged Dwarven Clerics.
