What do you want WOTC to release as the next 4e campaign setting?

Which previous campaign setting do you want WOTC to release for 4e?

Greyhawk is my personal favorite. It defines so much of D&D for me. But it would be a hard product to create. It would almost have to be like the Dragonlance books encompassing different Ages. Except it may not work as Ages, but as authors. 80's Gygax, 90's Sargent, 00's Mona.

I voted for Dark Sun, even though I never really cared for it in the 2nd edition days. It seems to be a good fit for the points-of-light and powers-laden character concepts of 4E.

Eberron is already known to be a go for 2009, so it's 2010 that's up for grabs here. I think the signs point to Dark Sun and Greyhawk as the ones getting the most serious consideration. I call DS in 2010 and GH in 2011.

Of those, the first is also the one I would pick if it were up to me. The second, I care far less about; I don't dislike Greyhawk but I've never considered it anything special either.

I'd love to see Dark Sun when they get around putting psionics into a PHB. Hopefully right after Eberron next year, but it wouldn't surprise me if the decided to go for Dragonlance first.

And to represent the prevalence of wild talents, I'll bet that PCs will be able to multiclass into one psionic class in addition to the normal limit of one multiclass feat for non-bard characters.

None of them. To be honest I would really like to see a new "Official" setting that hasn't been done in any previous edition.

I voted for Greyhawk but, really, I would prefer this option. The Greyhawk folios are pretty much edition neutral, as-is. A new setting, something totally as-yet-unseen, would probably be just the thing to pique my interest in 4e.

I'm not terribly familiar with GH, but it seems too familiar to the stuff we've already got to seem like a big selling supplement without seeming kind of stale if it's the 2010 release.

I voted Dark Sun because it seems most interesting to me - always has even if I didn't like certain aspects about how TSR handled it.

PHB2 adds in Primal, but really rounds out classes from 3.5 (Druid, Barbarian, Bard, Sorc)... Eberron seems to cry out to Psionics as does Dark Sun so I'm guessing that's the next power source. and would make a nice 2010 Dark Sun w/ PHB3 being perhaps Psionic. If we're filled out with the other sources, my guess would be Elemental as a secondary source to fit in well with Dark Sun's Elemental Clerics and overall elemental theme.

Ravenloft would work well near the release of the Shadow source. Perhaps the Ki source would best fit a new 4E-specific setting unless one of the above has a good region or theme that would make it ideal.

Maybe I'm completely wrong for thinking there will be a strong link to the order of settings and release schedule of new power sources, but if I had to put my money I'd guess they'll be closely connected.

Voted Dark Sun. I think it's got the most potential and is the best fit for 4E.

Ravenloft would be next, if I could vote twice, though I think it can continue to work as separate "Domains of Dread," as Dragon's doing it.

Of those not listed? Al-Qadim, almost as much--maybe as much--as Dark Sun.
