Here's an image of it, to help you find it. Mine has a slightly, um, edited, cover though. Cut out the logos to add flair to a dice bag.

Cricket of Fortune!
Thanks for all the help guys, I just found it.
Moderatly freeky story... I heard a cricket in the basement, so I went down to kill the bugger... Followed the noise to an old half-height book case we took down stairs, and I was moving it to find the cricket, and low and behold... It was on a shelf of the book case, just laying there. I never did find the cricket... It stoped chirping as soon as I moved the book case and found the manaul.
