What does you House Rules document look like?

What kinds of things do you include in your House Rules document?

List them here or even post your own House Rules document.

That is what it is. I use options from many books, but right now no rules I've created myself.

Fractional BAB is the only "House rule" we use (and that is from UA) We pretty much follow the RAW. I have issues with groups that don't in fact.

I note changes at the top and highlight changes in the text in a different color.

I type up a brief document that summarizes the changes and have another with the full changes and what it replaces in the SRD and page references in the appropriate book. The full document is pretty long since I've basically totally replaced the combat sections of the SRD and this has repercussions thru lots of other sections of the SRD.

Mostly, my 'house rules' are homebrewed stuff, variant subraces, custom prestige classes and feats, etc. Very few actual house rules. I do have a 'colorful critical hit' system and I'm instituting a fumble system, and oh, I guess my xp system is tweaked, but that's really about it.

That said, my Players' Guide to Cydra (v. 3.5.2) is prolly close to 200 double-sided pages long.
