WOTC used a +4 weapon on Gen Con. I didnt go but I havent heard anything either.

Holy crap, Wild Cards?!? That series was like crack! Ummm, it was dark too. IIRC, chapter 3 of the first book started with the McCarthy era and the "main" character's girlfriend committing suicide rather than give in to Joe McCarthy.

Yeah, Wild Cards will be out next GenCon

Green Ronin also had the Paragon hardcover there, and I got that and Hero High along with A More Perfect Union. They are all awesome.

If you ever get the chance to game with Steve Kenson... you HAVE TO ... It was awesome!

I heard the StarCraft board game was there. (I saw it at BlizzCon already. )

But I also heard a rumor that StarCraft II was at GenCon. What an odd place to showcase it.

From Fantasy Flight Games:
They've got the rights to Cosmic Encounter and Dune - the classic boardgames. However, they don't have the rights to the Dune setting, so it'll be a game with same mechanics, different theme. Weird.
