Specifically, I'm gonna try to add a Spelljammer/Planescape feeling to my world. I was thinking of picking up Dragonstar for this.

Is it doable? Is it feasible? Or am I insane?

P.S. MY question of the day for today is this(feel free to remove it, mods, if it's completely inappropriate, but I didn't think it was): Have you ever drank so much water, you've taken a bathroom break, lost so much salt you've hallucinated, and then thought you saw the Great Gazoo from the Flintstones committing unspeakable rituals dedicated to Shub-Niggurath; and afterwards, were you chased around by an axe-wielding Trix Rabbit?

Dragonstar isn't bad, but if you're looking for Spelljammer, you might want to check our Dungeon/Polyhedron issue 92, which has a Spelljammer conversion. There's a ton of stuff left unconverted, but if you're creative enough, you should be able to resurrect ships that are old favorites.

Yeah, I've got that Polyhedron already, but I'm having a hard time finding Spelljammer stuff for sale on the net. If you could gimme a good site besides hitpointe.com to buy OOP stuff, that'd be great(I'm also gonna look into monster books, and planescape stuff).

Dragonstar felt a bit bland for a setting. OTOH, It's meant to incorporate **all** D&D settings into it, so it's not detailed to the point where you have to rewrite your current campaign.

Crazy ideas back at you: Space 1889 and GURPS Steampunk. You might get away with the technology and guns rules in the DMG, but would have to scrape together some info on clockwork / mechanical fiddlybits.

Cedric.

Mmm ... my new away message ...
