What Exactly is Keen Vision?

I'm usually just a lurker here, but I needed an answer to a question, soooo.........

I was looking through the Player's Handbook and I didn't see a description for keen vision in the appendix. What exactly, in game terms, is keen vision and what does it provide for a character/monster?

It's probably the special quality that Dragons, and others, have, which grants them better vision than humans.

Keen Senses (Ex): A dragon sees four times as well a human in shadowy illumination and twice as well in normal light. It also has darkvision out to 120 feet.

That being said, where did you see this ability?

Domino - Hmm... I need that feat, then. My Psion character has Disintegrate rays coming out of his eyes when he manifests it (he has Split Ray as a feat). DM loved the idea.

Well, uh... I still want to know where "Keen Vision" is from.

Keen vision is one of the abilities that the Saint Template gives, along with darkvision and low-light vision.

It's probably explained in the Saint Template ...

Otherwise, you could probably go with the dragon's Keen Senses ability.
