Given a braod definition of Fantasy:
GURPS: I have played in a 1920s Call of Cthuhlu game I really enjoyed (with Huey Long, Al Capone, Deep Ones, an unexpect pregnancy, a brief trip to a very Dante version of Hell, and getting decked by another PC) as well as a one shot set in Napolionic France that involved mummies. Both run by the same GM.
Unknown Armies: I love the feel of this one, and the magic system. But its not the rest of the groups cup of tea. I have run one and played in one. The one I ran gave people nightmares, the other was loosley based on the novel Flicker.
Buffy: Played a half-demonic watcher/warlock in late 1800s Shanghi. Killed a shogoth with magic, eyes turned black.
D20 Modern: ran a short Urban Arcana style game, mostly stiringing togehter adventures from WoC. I liked it, and all of the players but one did as well.
MERPS: I don't care for the infinite number of tables, but it was pretty good for a small dose of Tolkein fantasy.
