What feats allow you to actively lower your AC?

Just close your eyes. ;)

Honestly, beyond Karmic Strike, I have no idea, but I am curious as to why you want to know.

One of my characters has an ability that causes enemies damage if they attack me. It would be nice to purposely drop my AC and gain a benefit out of it when I am going against creatures that are able to hit my AC anyway... Karmic strike is nice, but too costly to obtain.

Edit: Upon further reflection, I wouldn't mind feats that force an opponent to attack me, while I also gain a benefit out of it. Such as Goad (thought there really is no benefit with Goad other than the fact that the opponent just attacks you).

Well, you could take levels in Knight.

The Ronin's second level ability, Banzai Charge, allows him to reduce his AC up to as much as his BAB and he gets that bonus to damage rolls.

Shock Trooper lets you apply the penalty from Power attack to your AC rather than your attack roll.

You know, you could just attempt to force as many AoOs as possible. I don't know what weapon you use, but assuming you're not a monk, you can always punch with your off-hand, although that would ruin your attack bonus, to provoke, walk through their squares in ways to provoke. Or just attempt to Grapple.

Although I suppose you probably don't want to waste your attacks.

Get armor of Calling. Thus you can call it whenever you want to and then send it back when you don't need. Thus, depending on the situation, you can regain or lose the AC bonus from it. And heck, calling it might even provoke an AoO. ;)

Charging gives -2 to AC too.

Although not feats, hope that helps.
