The kinds of feats depend very much upon the cleric in question and his role.
My NPC clerics are often multi-classed with commoner or expert and have feats like Skill focus: Profession Farmer or Skill Focus: Heal or Skill Focus: Knowledge Religion.
The NPC clerics who are supposed to be foes for the PCs generally don't multiclass nearly as much and tend to have feats like spell focus (enchantment), Greater Spell focus (enchantment), Extra Smiting, Weapon Focus, Extend Spell, Persistent Spell, Extra Turning, and Quicken Turning (useful for bolstering undead contering a PCs' turning of their undead minions).
PC clerics can go the spell focussed route:
Spellcasting prodigy (if available), spell focus: enchantment, Greater spell focus: enchantment, Empower Spell
A blaster cleric (Sound Burst, Searing Light, Holy Smite, Flame Strike, Blade Barrier, etc):
Spell Focus and Greater Spell Focus: Evocation, Empower Spell, Spellcasting Prodigy
A summoning Cleric:
Augmented Summoning, Cosmopolitan: Speak language.
A front line meatshield cleric:
Power Attack, Cleave, Weapon Focus, Improved Critical, Power Critical, Extend Spell, Persistent Spell, Endurance (to qualify for the Templar prestige class) If he has high charisma, Divine Might, Extra Turning, Divine Vigor. If he has two weapon fighting and improved two weapon fighting, but his charisma isn't impressive, extra turning and divine vengeance are worth considering.
An Undead Hunting Cleric:
Extra Turning, Empower Turning, Heighten Turning, Quicken Turning.
