The latest gem I've been using is Ink and Quill. I've got a file filled with free web downloads, but most I can't use cause I never got it printed. It's easier for me to use products that I can take with me.

I've used the OA web supplement Mahasarpa as a guideline for creating a heavily caste-based society in my campaign world. It hasn't really been relevant to any of my past campaigns yet, but I think its a cool supplement with lots of potential.

Some other non-WotC freebie's I've used has come from Monte Cook's site. He's got a lot of cool stuff posted, the most interesting being his Ptolus campaign. Its given me loads of ideas.

Just counting established publishers? I think the OA web supplement is cool too, as well as the psionics handbook web enhancement and the revised psionics classes from Malhavok/Bruce Cordell.

Other than established publishers: The Stygian ezine at http://www.realmsofevil.net has some cool ideas, as does Asgard here.

The free adventure from the contests here just rock. In fact, I think some of the winners are on par with the best published adventures. I ran Burning Sage's demense and it worked rather better than all but one of the published adventures I put in my game that I can think of.
