I voted 'other' (for the Rules Cyclopaedia) but could have gone Basic, which is essentially a part of the RC system.

I like 3.5 slightly better, but Basic/RC seems to me D&D boiled down to the essential D&Disms.

I am planning on ducking the tomatoes now but the game that best simulates what the D&D feel is, to me, is HARP.

Had to vote "other", but that's because this isn't a multiple choice poll.

I like 3.5 D&D the most, currently. I'm sure there'll be another version in the future that I may like even more.

But then again, I really have a soft spot for BD&D (as the poll refers to it as). If I wanted a simple, bare-bones sort of D&D game, I'd go for it. Then again, some of the elements that I liked in BD&D cropped up in the 3.X edition.
